The Factory Management is responsible for the daily operation of Production Planning, Production, Quality Control, Safety & Maintenance. A dynamic plant manager thoroughly qualified with on the hands experience runs the plants. He is assisted by a host of other engineers and a large no of skilled workers.

The management team is further supported by representatives of Supply Chain Management, Accounts and Admin & HRM Dept.
