Nasir Group of Industries Ltd has awarded their prestigious 14 storied building to be located on the airport road in Uttara to PEBSAL. This will be a high end building that will incorporate all the components of an intelligent building.

The project was signed on 15 May 2017 with Mr. Nasir Uddin Biswas, Chairman & MD of Nasir Group of Industries and Syed Ali Jowher Rizvi, MD, PEBSAL representing their respective group/company. Engr. Newaz Khan, Chairman PEBSAL and other senior officials were also present.

This most modern building will be built using composite steel concept with limited beam depth. Area of the building will be over 46,000 sft that will need 800 MT of steel works. This will be the second such high rise commercial complex in Dhaka, built by PEBSAL, the first such building being the MTBL Corporate Office on Gulshan Avenue. Besides, PEBSAL has built numerous multi storied factory buildings and accommodations outside Dhaka.
