World Class Manufacturing founded in 1974, Youngone Corporation is a leading global manufacturer of outdoor / athletic clothing, textiles, footwear and gear built with history of innovation, partnership and trust. Korean Export Processing Zone (KEPZ) – the first private EPZ of Youngone Corporation Limited –largest foreign private investors in the country, started setting up KEPZ on 2492 acres of land allocated to it on the bank of the river Karnaphuli under Anowara upazila in Chittagong district back in 1999. After environmental clearance certificate and necessary permission, KSIL by now completed construction of 22 large factory buildings made by PEBSAL since 2009 for housing factories.

In 2018, PEBSAL has become a new vision by introducing lock seam roofing (Standing Seam) and successfully install of 40,500SQM of roof under 7th Phase. By the mission of this year 2019, PEBSAL is awarded another two projects of Sungnam Apparels Ltd. and KPP Textile Complex Building. The infrastructure is estimated to contain floor area of 38,880 SQM and 27,000 SQM respectively. PEBSAL will complete the erection works within January, 2020.
