General Manager and Head of Design & Engineering

Engr. Nurus Salam is currently serving as General Manager & Head of the Design & Engineering Department.

He graduated with a B. Sc. in Civil Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET) in January 2008. Engr. Salam has come to PEBSAL having more than nine years of experience in Steel Structure design. He started his career as a Design Engineer at Benfix Steel Building Development Ltd. in January 2008. After that, he worked for more than seven years in the design section at Bangladesh Building Systems Ltd. (BBS). Engr. Salam began his journey with PEBSAL on 01^st November 2017 as Manager, Design & Engineering Department.

Engr. Salam was promoted to Deputy General Manager on 01^st July, 2021 and took over his responsibility as In-charge of the Design & Engineering Department from 1^st February 2024. Recently, he was promoted as General Manager & Head of Design & Engineering Department from 1^st January, 2025.
