Deputy General Manager & Plant Head and SCM

Engr. Khayrul Basher is currently serving as Deputy General Manager & Plant Head and SCM department.

He graduated with a B. Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology (CUET) in the year 2006, also completed MBA from Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) in 2021.  Engr. Khayrul has come to PEBSAL with more than ten years of experience in multiple sectors of engineering such as Steel Structure, Oil & Gas, and Power Plant etc. Following his graduation, he worked as Quality Control Engr. at Faysal Mohammad Al Qahtani Sons Co (FMQ) in Saudi Arabia. Later, he also worked in Al Haditha Petroleum Services S.A.O.C in Oman and Bureau Veritas Private limited in Bangladesh. Engr. Khayrul began his journey with PEBSAL on 5th January, 2017 as Dy. Manager, QA & QC.

Mr. Khayrul was promoted to the position of Dy. Plant Head on 28th June, 2020 and jointly lead the factory operations. As an job enhancement, SCM department was added under his belt from 20th January, 2024. Engr. Khayrul was recently promoted as Deputy General Manager & Plant Head and SCM Department from January 01, 2025.
