Company Secretary, Deputy General Manager & Head of Finance and Accounts

Ms. Sabina Salam joined PEB Steel Alliance Limited (PEBSAL) in July 2018 as Company Secretary & Manager – Finance. She completed her articleship with Ahmad & Ahmad, Chartered Accountants, and holds a Master of Commerce (Management) degree from National University, Dhaka.

With over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, compliance, and corporate governance, she oversees PEBSAL’s financial management, budgeting, reporting, banking operations, and governance functions, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective internal controls.

Ms. Salam was promoted to Deputy General Manager and Head of Finance & Accounts in January 2025 in recognition of her valuable contribution to the company.
