Manager and Head of HR & ADMIN

Mr. Bivas Paul completed Master’s Degree in Commerce from Dhaka University. He completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Bangladesh Institute of Management. He started his professional career as an Administrative Executive from Jie Tong Engineering Pte Ltd, Singapore.

Later, he involved himself in administrative & Human Resource Management roles of different renowned companies of Bangladesh. He has a significant job tenure of 20 years encompassing different administrative sectors: Recruitment & Selection, HR Operations, Training & Development and Employee Relation, Plant HR Activities, Office Management, Transport & Service Management.

He joined PEB Steel Alliance Limited as Manager (HR & Admin) in October 01, 2018.
