GILDAN, one of the world’s leading vertically integrated clothing, socks, and hosiery producers, has been operating in Bangladesh for more than 10 years. GAB (Gildan Activewear Bangladesh) Limited is allegedly planning to extend its presence in Bangladesh by constructing a huge facility to complement its existing knitting, dyeing and sewing activities in the country, which are known as SDS International Ltd. PEBSAL has been working with this  corporation for over three years, helping to expand its service. Recently the customer has honored us with another MOU of their largest expansion of 8,70,000 sft in area.

The Knitting, Sewing, and Dyeing building is part of this massive steel construction that weighs over 4200 MT. The building’s greatest height is about 14 meters, and the columns will be linked by truss frames at a maximum distance of 22 meters. This building will be constructed in three sections, with the knitting component beginning first, followed by sewing and dyeing. A limited construction deadline has been set for the completion of this project. PEBSAL will be on hand to help them meet this important milestone on their path to success. While working under a constricted schedule, PEBSAL is always at the top of the list for successfully conquering such challenges. Renata Limited (formerly Pfizer Limited) is one of the leading and fastest growing pharmaceutical and animal health product companies in Bangladesh. The Company has ten manufacturing facilities spread over three manufacturing sites. They have decided to expand their business by constructing a warehouse in Valuka. According to the contract, PEBSAL will be in charge of the steel components of this project. Renata Ltd’s present warehouse structure covers around 29,000 square feet and weighs approximately 335 metric tons. A five-month construction deadline has been planned for the completion of this landmark. PEBSAL TO REJOIN THE YOUNGONE CORPORATION’S SUCCESSFUL JOURNEY

World Class Manufacturing founded in 1974, Youngone Corporation is a leading global manufacturer of outdoor / athletic clothing, textiles, footwear and gear built with history of innovation, partnership and trust. In 1999, Youngone Corporation Limited established the Korean Export Processing Zone (KEPZ), the country’s first private EPZ, with 2492 acres of land given on the bank of the river Karnaphuli under Anowara Upazila in Chittagong district.

Youngone Corporation has decided to expand its company in the KEPZ under the name Karnaphuli Polyester Products Ltd, and PEBSAL has been chosen to participate in their program once again. The new additions that will be covering this new extension include the carton factory, refrigerated storage, and welfare center. This extension is roughly 118,051 square feet in size and weights 630 metric tons. The Youngone Corporation’s choice to sign the contract was made simpler by PEBSAL’s unwavering dedication to completing prior projects within a given period.

Healthcare Pharmaceuticals Limited (HPL) is one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in Bangladesh. HPL is continuously developing its expertise in the international arena and taking every opportunity of global partnership in this field.

To improve its services, HPL has decided to launch a massive ten-story tower called “Mega Project” in 2020 at Rajendrapur, Gazipur. This mammoth structure will be constructed into different phases. The first phase, which is roughly 107 feet tall and weighs 4600 MT, is on schedule for installation up to the fifth level from the basement. Out of 4600 MT, about 3600 MT were successfully built during the first phase. The second phase has a 15-foot-high floor that will be built above 107 feet. To meet the challenge of operating at this height, the tower crane and large mobile cranes were used in the erection process of this project. PEBSAL was rewarded with another MOU titled Phase-2 due to its expertise in service solutions and timely installation of a complicated structure like Phase-1.

Furthermore, our experience in pharmaceutical industrial projects, as well as our market demand in terms of safety, professionalism, and dedication, were key factors in the development of the MOA for this “Mega Project.”

BASHUNDHARA GROUP, Bangladesh’s largest industrial group, plans to open a new company called Bashundhara Multi Steel Industries Ltd (BMSIL) at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Shilpa Nagar (BSMSN), Mirsarai, Chattogram. This new warehouse project of Bashundhara Multi Steel Industries Ltd. will be implemented under the supervision of PEB Steel Alliance Ltd. This is due to PEBSAL’s remarkable performance in the completion of other significant projects of the Bashundhara Group.

Bashundhara Group’s new initiation is 22 meters long, 66 meters broad, and 12.8 meters in height. Due to the nature of the exposure, the particular paint is the most recognizable aspect of this project. This contract acknowledges PEB Steel Alliance Ltd.’s success in dealing with similar difficulties. Furthermore, when faced with a constrained timeframe, PEBSAL is at the top of the list for effectively overcoming such a hurdle. SQ Group Shook Hands with PEBSAL

SQ Celsius Ltd, the foundation of SQ, is regarded as most preferred suppliers to renowned high-end retailers. SQ is well known for its service in the clothing sector both at the local and international stage. SQ recently made the decision to extend their company by building a warehouse for SQ Celsius Ltd. PEBSAL will be there to help them reach this important landmark in their path to success.

PEBSAL will be responsible for both the civil and steel aspects of this undertaking, according to the contract. SQ Celsius Ltd’s warehouse building is about 60,000 square feet in area and weighs about 435 metric tons. For completion of this landmark structure, a five-month construction timeline has been set. BRB Cable Industries Ltd., which is a “Glorious Excellent Company” and the largest cable manufacturer in Bangladesh. BRB has recently launched a new factory building considering its extended operations. After successful completion of the last project at the same site it decided to shake hands with PEBSAL once again for another building.

This building weighing 405 MT approximately is 98.5mx45.7mx9.8m (CH) in dimension and connected to the existing building with an RCC drainage system. On-time completion of the projects is the main strength of PEBSAL, which assists BRB Group to take quick decision on awarding new contracts to us and this leads to an increase in the percentage of repeat clients for PEBSAL.

Bay Economic Zone, the fourth privately owned industrial area which is located at fairly close proximity to  Dhaka. It is a designated area in a country with Special Economic regulations that differs from the rest of the country. Recently Bay has decided to extend its operation by setting up a Steel Structure factory building named “Box Factory” in the BAY economic zone and it is going to be implemented under the surveillance of PEB Steel Alliance Limited (PEBSAL).

Box Factory, the new initiation of BAY Group is 425 feet long and 225 feet wide with an area of 95,000.00 square feet. When a constricted schedule comes, PEBSAL holds the top position on the list of facing this kind of challenge successfully. BRB Cable Industries Ltd., which is going to march ahead to gain status of “Glorious Excellent Company”, is the largest cable manufacturer in Bangladesh. Recently BRB launched a new building considering its extended operations. On-time completion of the last project at the same site made the forecasting clear for the client to shake hands with PEBSAL once again.

This building is 74.2mx46.8mx9.9m (CH) in dimension and connected to the existing building with an RCC drainage system. Fast track services from PEBSAL assists BRB Group to take quick decisions on awarding this contract and leads to an increase in the percentage of repeat clients of PEBSAL.
