Nasir Group, the pioneer of the glass industry in Bangladesh is holding the top-line position in exporting all kinds of tempered glasses. Now Nasir Group is going to reach another landmark by extending its range of services in this industry. Recently they have decided to set up a multi-functional glass production complex beside the existing float glass factory in the name of Nasir Quality Glass Industries Ltd. Outstanding performances and the relentless commitment of PEBSAL in completing the previous 600ton float glass project have prompted the client to honor us with another MOU of their 2nd phase of 600ton quality glass production complex.

The 600ton glass factory covers almost 400,000 sq feet in area and 2714 MT in weight. The Melting, Forming, Annealing, Cutting & Finished Warehouse buildings will be used together as a mainstream of the glass production where other five buildings will act as a supporting facility for production of glasses. On-time completion of the projects is the main strength of PEBSAL, which assists Nasir Group to take a quick decision on awarding the contract of 2nd phase of 600ton facility to us.

Omera Cylinders Limited (OCL), a leading manufacturer of steel LPG cylinders in Bangladesh, is engaged in manufacturing since 2015. OCL is well known for its highest level of quality. Recently they have decided to expand their business entity by constructing the production hall for the refurbishment and requalification of LPG cylinder. PEBSAL will be joining them to achieve this milestone in their journey of prosperity.

According to the contract, PEBSAL will responsible for both the civil and steel parts of this project. The five months construction schedule has been set for the accomplishment of this milestone. Well recognized professionalism and the long term success in the PEB industry has made the decision easier for OCL to shake hands with PEBSAL.

Akij to Adopt Standing Seam Roofing System

Janata Sadat Jute Mills, a concern of Akij Group is the largest manufacturer & exporter of Jute products in the private sector in Bangladesh. It is one of the largest, oldest, and most-profitable jute product makers in the country. Like other conglomerates in Bangladesh, have decided to adopt the standing seam roofing system in the new expansion of Sadat Jute Industries Limited. PEBSAL is the pioneer in launching this roofing system in Bangladesh and has been being installing standing seam successfully since 2015. The success, as well as the pros of this roofing system, has made the decision easier for the client to implement this roofing system through us.

The new expansion of the Sadat Jute Industries Limited covers more than 100,000 sq. ft. area approximately. It is a symbolic job as the roofing is saw tooth type. The roof sheeting completion timeframe has been limited to forty days only. This contract represents the good recognition and high proficiency of PEBSAL in facing these kinds of challenges successfully. With this accomplishment, PEBSAL will achieve the milestone of 24 lacs sqft area in implementing the standing seam roofing system.

SQUARE Pharmaceuticals Ltd., a flagship concern of the SQUARE Group is holding one of the top line conglomerates position in Bangladesh. SPL is going to reach another landmark through extending its range of services by getting out from the conventional system. Recently they have decided to set up a temperature-controlled warehouse at Pabna, Due to complete this milestone they once again shook hands with PEBSAL in their journey of prosperity. 

The OSD warehouse, 36,500 sft in area is entirely covered with double skin sheeting system composed of special insulation. Thermal conductivity of the air has been taken into consideration in fixing procedure of the liner layer of the roofing system. On the other hand, the structure having 320MT has a constricted schedule for the accomplishment. When it comes to facing this kind of challenge successfully, PEBSAL holds the top position of the list. Previous achievements and high proficiency of PEBSAL made the decision easier for SPL to reunite once again.

PEBSAL to Contribute in Extending the range of the Services of Fair Electronics

Fair Electronics, a concern of Fair group is one of the fastest growing conglomerates in the Bangladesh. In collaboration with SAMSUNG, Fair electronics first ever launched SAMSUNG MOBILE manufacturing plant in Bangladesh. PEBSAL was associated in launching the two phases of the Semi Knock Down (SKD) factory. Recently Fair electronics has decided to extend the assembling facilities of the plant. Outstanding performances and the relentless commitment of PEBSAL in completing the previous projects has prompted the client to honor with another MOU of the new phase of assembling the 5G flagship phones.

The third phase of the Semi Knock Down factory covers almost 56,500 sft in area and weighs 348 MT approximately.  It is a symbolic job as it will be the extension from the existing structure and will have to be handed over to the client within the constricted timeframe. This contract represents well recognition and high proficiency of PEBSAL in facing these kinds of challenges successfully.

JOURNEY WITH M&U CYCLE

M&U Cycle is one of the leading bicycle exporter in Bangladesh.  Recently they have decided to expand their business entity and signed the contract with PEBSAL for the execution of M&U Cycle factory at Nayanpur, Gazipur

Well recognized professionalism of the PEBSAL has made the decision easier for M&U Cycle to shake hands with PEBSAL. The total area of the factory unit is 40,000 sft weighing 200 MT which will be constructed on the top of a RCC floor.

PEBSAL wants to thank M&U Cycle to be part of its family and enrich the PEBSAL’s client list. PEBSAL is very proud to be associated with this conglomerate in Bangladesh.

Ispahani Summit Alliance Terminals Ltd. (ISATL) is a joint initiative of M.M. Ispahani Limited, Summit Group, and Alliance Holdings. It has a strong track record of implementing a large-scale container terminal project that consists of an inland container depot. Recently they have decided to extend their operation through the extension of the existing capacity. PEBSAL has completed phase-1 with full satisfaction which prompted ISATL to sign another MOU with PEBSAL.

The extension of the phase-1 named Bonded Warehouse-02 having 133m long and 63m width and weighing more than 1000 MT.

The new project of Ispahani Tea Ltd. is the divisional office including buffer stock facilities at Moulvibazar. PEBSAL is committed to complete the project within October 2020.
